Who can become a Freemason?

It is usual for candidates to be 21 years and over, but in some circumstances candidates between the ages of 18 and 21 can be admitted. The United Grand Lodge of England, do not admit women, but equally, the Order of Women Freemasons does not admit men. Membership is open to men of any race or religion who can profess a belief in a Supreme Being, irrespective of  the origins and who are of good repute.

How do I become a Freemason?

Quite simply, “to become one, ask one”.  In this case, fill out the form below and we will reply as soon as is possible. After a telephone discussion we can forward your details to an appropriate Lodge within the Province. In the first instance, one or two members of the lodge would meet you for an informal chat, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have and give them the chance to meet you. After that, if you were keen to proceed with your application , they would assist you to fill out your application forms.
